If you are in the market for a propane BBQ grill and do not have a lot to spend, I highly recommend taking a look at the Weber Spirit E-310. This grill will not be a hot as some of its counterparts and may be a bit more than other so called budget grill, but for what it lacks in those two areas it more than makes up in others. A propane BBQ grill really has one purpose and it needs to do that without fail – grill your dinner. The Weber Spirit E-310 does this better than any of the other grills in its class.

Why The Weber Spirit E-310 Is The Best Budget Propane BBQ Grill

I have used just about every grill out on the market today and I find Weber products to consistently be the best propane BBQ grills that you can buy. There are many other choices out there but if you are looking for quality and consistency there is nothing that can surpass a Weber grill. The have been the top of the propane BBQ grill food chain for years and there does not appear to be a change coming any time soon. If you do a search for propane BBQ grill reviews you will consistently see that Weber is at or near the top every time.

But what makes the Weber Spirit E-310 better then the other propane BBQ grills in its price range? I have to admit the budget price range is not a spot you would expect to see Weber grills, but this grill is right there. The first thing you want to make absolutely sure of before you purchase a budget propane BBQ grill is that it can cook enough food for the people you are cooking for. This grill has enough surface area to cook for 4-5 people easily. With 36,000 BTU’s it is one of the hottest grills in the budget class.

In addition to this it also has a lid thermometer that is of the highest quality and is easy to read. The lid is made from black porcelain and the welded porcelain enameled cooking grates are also of a fine contraction. One of the hallmarks of Weber grills is that they light right away every time and this grill is no exception to that. The lighting mechanism is of the highest construction and comes with the standard warranty, meaning that it is replaceable if anything goes wrong for 10 years.

This warranty is the biggest separator of this product versus others in the budget class. While other grills may have more features or be bigger, none are of the quality of Weber and none have the warranty that this propane BBQ grill has.

If you are looking to purchase a BBQ grill then more then likely you have been searching online for a good propane BBQ grill review to base your decision on. Well you have to be careful because there are some things that make a good propane BBQ grill review and some things that do not. Read on to find out what to look for in your propane BBQ grill review and what to avoid.

Steps To Finding The Right Propane BBQ Grill Review

The first thing I would look for is a review that has more than one grill in it. Most times reviewers who only look at one grill will be very biased in there opinion one way or another towards that one grill. Plus without any context of other grills it can be very difficult to compare the grill against its competition. To be considered a quality propane BBQ grill review I would think you would need to see at least 3 other grills in the review.

When looking at these propane BBQ grill reviews you need to also make sure that the grills in the review are in a similar price range. A $200 grill will and should compare to a $2000 grill. You would expect to see many more features in the $2000 grill then you would in the less expensive $200 grill. Also, make sure that all the grills are not from the same manufacturer. You want your propane BBQ grill review to cover as many different manufacturers as possible so that you have a wide variety of grills to choose from.

Next make sure that the person do the review does not have a vested interest in you buying the grill they are reviewing. If the review comes from the manufacturer or from a website that sells the grill, definitely keep looking around for other reviews. I prefer to look for user groups and reviews from those groups as they usually have a good basis for their opinions and will offer them with as little bias as possible. In any review you read there will always be some bias, but the more you can limit it the better your review will be.

If you follow these guidelines you should be able to find a quality propane BBQ grill review to base you decision on. Regardless of what type of BBQ grill propane tank you use, the review should cover all the basic things outlined above. If it does hopefully it will help you make your decision and you can start grilling as soon as possible.

If you are looking to do some grilling then you are going to need to get a BBQ grill propane tank. But what do you do when the tank runs out? Buying a new BBQ grill propane tank can be very expensive and there is a better way to get gassed up and [...]

If you are looking to do some grilling then you are going to need to get a BBQ grill propane tank. But what do you do when the tank runs out? Buying a new BBQ grill propane tank can be very expensive and there is a better way to get gassed up and rolling again. Most places that sell BBQ grill propane tanks will offer a BBQ grill propane tank exchange program in addition to the new tank sales. Basically all you do is bring in your old tank, pay a fee and replace it with a refilled new one.

The Effect Of BBQ Grill Propane Tank Exchange On Grilling

For many years before you could do a BBQ grill propane tank exchange the preferred way to grill was over charcoal. While charcoal is a great way to grill, there is nothing as easy as a stainless steel propane barbecue grill. Click a button, fire it up and you are off and grilling. I have been a loyal charcoal griller for years but the BBQ grill propane tank revolutionized the every day grilling.

Instead of having to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the coals to heat up you could now strike a match and be off in cooking in minutes. In addition to that you could turn off the grill when it was not in use and it would cool down very quickly. What this meant was that instead of grilling becoming a long drawn out process with many steps and a huge mess, with a simple push of a button you could have steaks down and ready to go.

While some people find the flavor of charcoal to be pleasing, there are some things that when you cook them you will not want to imbue with that flavor. Cooking with a BBQ grill propane tank makes the food completely flavorless and does not color it any way. For simple cooking this is great, as hot dogs and burgers can sometimes end up tasting like and ash tray when they are cooked on a charcoal grill. This will not be the case with your propane grill because propane is completely odorless when it burns.

There you have all the reasons why the BBQ grill propane tank revolutionized and changed grilling for the 21st century. Now you instead of having to go through the huge process of firing up the charcoal grill you can get out there and do what God intended you to do – cook meat on fire.

There are many stainless steel propane barbeque grills out there to choose from, but only one that is my favorite stainless steel propane barbeque grill. When choosing the best propane gas barbeque grill I had some very exacting criteria that it had to meet, and this grill not only met but exceeded all of my expectations.

The Stansport Portable Stainless Steel Propane Barbeque Grill

The first thing I needed from my stainless steel propane barbeque grill was that it would be portable. At less then 10 pounds the Stansport more then meets these criteria. It is so small that I can bring it anywhere that I need. I use my stainless steel propane barbeque grill primarily to tailgate at sporting events and this little gem gets the job done and by getting in and out easily. Just plop it down, fire it up and away you go.

The next thing I wanted to make sure of that my stainless steel propane barbeque grill had was that it was completely stainless steel. Sometimes products will say they are stainless steel but only a portion of the grill is. This little dynamo is one hundred percent stainless steel. What that means is it will not rust and is super easy to clean. This grill is going to see significant time outside and more then likely in some bad weather, so it is going to need to hold up. The stainless steel construction is exactly what I was looking for.

Next up is the price. I need the unit to be affordable because at the events I go things can and do happen. I did not want to drop a couple hundred dollars on a grill that was going to go belly up on me or one that might possibly get stolen or run over. At around 40 bucks this little guy is very affordable and easily replaceable if something beyond my control happens.

It also needed to be able to cook food properly. This is probably the most important thing that I was looking for and this little guy does it all and more. With a cooking area of 129 square inches it is not the biggest area in the world, but its takes advantage of the size by making sure that every portion of that space is usable. It can also put out 20,000 BTUs so it is capable of cooking anything you put on top of it.

While this will never be my day to day go to unit, for tailgating it absolutely a must have.

If you are looking for a propane gas barbeque gas grill but are not sure which one to buy there are a few things you have to do before you start shopping. If you read below I will outline what steps you need to take before you start shopping for your propane gas grill. I am not going to try to push you one way or another that will be decisions that you have to make in your search for the perfect propane gas barbeque grill.

Steps To Take When Selecting A Propane Gas Barbeque Grill

The first thing you need to do is make sure that you want a propane gas barbeque grill. If you are looking for a barbecue smoker grill, I would recommend against going with propane. While a propane gas barbeque grill can be used to do some smoking, using hardwood and charcoal is a much better way to go. The use of charcoal and hardwood will add that smoked flavor that is considered very desirable when cooking this way. While you can add additives to mimic this flavor, using real wood and charcoal is the way to go.

The next thing you need to really think about is how many people you are going to be cooking for with your propane gas barbeque grill. While every one wants to get the biggest grill they possibly can, many times these are complete overkill and a much smaller grill would serve them better. By the same token, many people who intend to try to get by getting a smaller grill to do a bigger job will eventually become dissatisfied and need to purchase a new grill. You want to avoid this as much as possible so take a realistic and hard look at whom and what you will be cooking.

Lastly you need to have a budget in place before you go shopping. Just going out and saying that you are going to get whatever meets your needs and looks reasonable is a very poor way to shop. The price on propane gas barbeque grills will vary widely so know what your range is before you leave the house and you more then likely come home with what you want for the price you want.

Once you have made sure of all those things you should be ready to start shopping. Take the time once you do start looking to find the grill you like. I would never buy right away but once you find a grill you like go home and think about it. If you still want it, go ahead and purchase it when you can.

If you are in the market for a propane barbecue grill but are not sure what to get, then this article is here to help. I always used to cook on charcoal but found it to be too much of a hassle for everyday cooking. I did not think I would ever switch to a propane BBQ grill, but after trying the Weber Genesis E-310 I was convinced that it was the way to go. This propane barbecue grill is by far and away the easiest to use, easiest to clean grill I have ever seen. Add onto that that it comes in three separate colors and you can see why it is such a great propane barbecue grill.

Why The Weber Genesis E-310 Is The Best Propane Barbecue Grill

First off if you are looking for an inexpensive and cheap grill, this propane barbecue grill is not for you. Launched in 2007 the Weber Genesis series comes right in between the large summit series and the entry level spirit grills. This grill is the perfect size for most 4 or 5 person families and has three serpately controlled burners each rated at 42,000 BTUs. The grill has an enclosed cart to containt the propane tank and a built in commercial grade thermometer. For slower cooking there is a warmer rack on the grill on th inside. The genesis has 20% more cooking area then the spirit line of products and also stainless steel work surfaces. It boasts a stainless steel handle and stainless stell accents and trim. These make the grill easier to clean and maintain.

In addition to those features it also boasts an electronic Crossover ignition system which works to electronically light the grill without having to manually depress a button. This is one of the strongest features of Weber grills, the ability to easily and quickly light the propane on the first try and do so for years to come. If you truly want to keep your Weber grill running in tip top shape I highly recommend getting a Weber Premium cover. This will surely keep your grill running for years to come, but if something does happen you can rest assured knowing that every grill comes with a standard 10 year warranty on some parts and 25 year on others. You can choose from blue, black and green and you can add a flush mounted side burner if you want. That model is the E-320.

As you can see this Weber grill has pretty much every feature you would ever want and carries with it the Weber name, put all this together and you have a truly one of kind great grill.

Living in a small home or apartment usually means eschewing some of the niceties that you wish you could have like an outdoor bbq grill. The good news is you can have a grill but you just have to be a bit creative with the space that you have available. Do you have a small corner of your patio available or perhaps a sturdy outside table made from wood, glass or stone? If so you can have your outdoor bbq grill and savor the smoky scents and tastes of food cooked outdoors.

Stand-Alone Grill Models

If you have an open corner with good ventilation on your patio area of your home or apartment, you could choose an outdoor bbq grill that is a stand-alone compact model. This may be a round shaped grill on rollers that uses charcoal or a small rectangular shaped one with a shelf below and small collapsible side tables attached that may use either charcoal or propane gas.

When you have limited space and choose a smaller outdoor bbq grill model, be aware that you will not be able to cook for a large crowd all at once unlike some outdoor kitchen grill options you might see chefs on cable television use. Therefore, keep that in mind when you go shopping for a grill that would suit your needs in this small space.

Tabletop Grill Models

A hibachi outdoor bbq grill that can be placed on a tabletop is another space-saving option if you simply don’t have the room on your patio for a stand-alone model. Hibachis have long been popular with the singles crowd but they make for a great outdoor bbq grill for small families in apartments or homes with no patio space. You just want to be careful that you do not place this tabletop grill on one of those plastic patio furniture tables as it could melt! A firm fire retardant surface or one that can withstand heat is optimal for this grill selection.

Another option for an outdoor bbq grill when you have limited space is a tabletop electric grill that can be plugged in with ease. These models are typically made from stainless steel construct and many of them are safe to place on most table surfaces with little worry about fire hazards. Again, singles and small families benefit the most from a tabletop outdoor bbq grill but there is little room for larger meals unless you do it in stages.

Do not let a lack of space hold you back from getting an outdoor bbq grill because there are several options to choose from online or at your nearby home improvement or bbq store. Before you know it, you could be grilling yourself a tasty meal and giving your kitchen a break.

If grilling food and hanging outside is a large part of how you entertain, then you definitely want to invest in an outdoor kitchen grill. Barbecue grilling for friends and family is quite the social experience as well as a culinary delight because there are things you can cook that you cannot do as well indoors. The outdoor kitchen grill really takes outdoor entertainment to an entirely new level and you would no longer have any regular cookouts in the backyard. Your way of thinking when it comes to outdoor grilling will totally change and likely you will find an excuse to fire it up.

Portable or Built-in

When you have the budget for it and plan to stay in your home forever, a built-in outdoor kitchen grill is a great option. Usually housed within concrete, an outdoor chimney or brick, the look of a built-in outdoor grill usually blends in well with the other patio features. However, if you plan to move or upgrade homes within a few years, you should go for something portable like an outdoor electric barbeque grill or even one that uses propane gas.

Portability is good, especially when the grill is used at different times of day; it can be moved to avoid rainy conditions or even where the shade moves. In addition, your outdoor kitchen grill can be as simple or as elaborate as your budget and desires want. Many of them are stainless steel options as this material weathers well when stored outdoors but others may have colored enamel coatings too.

What You Could Get

With an outdoor kitchen grill you get the main grill part with a specific surface area where you cook your meat, vegetables and other food selections and this area can be various sizes, based on what you want to buy. Depending on the make and model as well as how much you spend on it, this grill could also have storage space built-in for your bbq accessories or even a smoker attachment.

Other options your outdoor kitchen grill may come with include one or two side burners to heat up meal side dishes or even work space with a cutting board to slice meat and other foods. Of course, choosing electric or gas fuel options is another thing to think about when it comes to your outdoor kitchen grill.

Your outdoor grilling area could be your home away from home when it comes to socializing and entertaining with family and friends. Choosing your outdoor kitchen grill should be based not only on what you can afford but the “extras” you think you need to have in order to have a successful shindig.

You may love the taste of barbecue that comes from a charcoal or outdoor gas bbq grill, but what if your homeowner’s association, apartment or condo does not allow these types of grills because of the potential fire hazard? The outdoor electric barbecue grill is a great option and the side benefit is less mess and overall expense.

Several Options to Consider

The outdoor electric barbecue grill can be found in a variety of shapes and sizes but you will have to look harder for them as gas and charcoal grills lead the pack. There is a tabletop version of the grill which is great as a space saver if you do not have adequate room on your front porch or back patio area. Some of these tabletop outdoor electric barbecue grill versions are for outside use only while others can be transported in or outdoors so you should decide which one is best for you.

A number of stand-alone models, usually on rolling wheels are available as well. Some of these outdoor electric barbecue grill options are the kind with glass viewing so you do not have to lift the lid to check the progress of your food cooking. Others may be housed within a rolling stainless steel casing that provides stability and storage while extendable and collapsible tabletops ends provide extra space to house dishes and other items.

If you want a mini-kitchen outside for entertaining, there is an outdoor electric barbecue grill option that looks similar to a cooking island. This island is usually made from a sturdy shell of materials with a tile tabletop surface and comes with a standard electric grill that is removable if you wanted to transport it camping or some other outdoor activity.

Benefits of Electric

An outdoor electric barbecue grill has several benefits, the biggest being it is safer than gas fuel or charcoal based heating because there are no errant fire sparks to worry about and the grill will cool a lot quicker than the fire-based options. Secondly, there are no ashes you have to scoop out like you would have to do with a charcoal grill, definitely a mess-free proposition with electric.

You do not have to wonder how much propane is left in the gas tank for your grill because with an outdoor electric barbecue grill, you just plug it in! There is no more looking for a store to refill or swap out propane tanks much less having to tote them around. With many models of the outdoor electric barbecue grill, you can even adjust the temperature of the food on the grill and not have to worry about over- or undercooking it. Really, if you think about it, with the ease of cooking and cleanup with this grill, you would think a lot more people would get it!

Charcoal is dirty and messy and after grilling with it and the coals cool off, you have to scoop out the ashes to boot! Why not consider an outdoor gas bbq grill that is not only easy to use but definitely cleaner to operate? There are two gas options to consider – one relies on a propane gas tank hooked up to the grill while the other is an outdoor built in bbq grill that uses the natural gas your home may rely on for heating and cooking.

Propane Grilling

If you are a grilling fan, then you are probably aware of the small metal portable propane tanks that hook up to an outdoor gas bbq grill. They are easy to use and relatively inexpensive to fill but you do have to take them to a store or facility that fills them or allows you to trade them in, so it can be somewhat inconvenient in that respect. However, the propane grilling is convenient at home because you can turn it on and light the outdoor gas bbq grill quickly and have food on the table with a minimum of fuss. The best benefit of propane gas grills is that it is portable so you could take the entire grill and the propane with you to cookouts or even camping.

Natural Gas Options

Natural gas is only an option for your grill if your home is equipped for it and already using it for heating purposes like central air, clothes drying and hot water. An outdoor gas bbq grill that uses natural gas would need an outlet outdoors in an easily accessible area to patch into the gas line safely.

You will have no awkward moments if company comes at the last minute and you head to the grill to cook only to find no propane left in the tanks. The good news about a natural outdoor gas bbq grill is that you would always be ready to grill because the gas is in steady supply at your home. There is virtually no additional cost to barbecue outside on the grill because you don’t have to tote any gas canisters to the store to exchange or buy more tanks, unless propane. The drawback to a natural outdoor gas bbq grill is that it would not be portable as you are tied to the home and your natural gas connection.

You have more outdoor gas bbq grill options than you thought so the first thing to decide upon (if you already have natural gas) is which fuel source you want to use for your grilling. After that decision, you still have to decide how big you want the grill as well as how many bells and whistles like built-in burners and storage space.
